I wrote my first song at age 10 and despite many twists and turns, it is something I always come back to. “Twists and turns you say? Do tell”.

In my teens in Canada, it was all about music - songwriting, trumpet, piano, jazz, rock, country, clubs, church, dives - you name it. I figured my dream was my destiny. Off to music college - more songwriting, learning my craft and the trade, gigging, recording, airplay - I’m on my way, is the dream becoming real? Berklee accepts me but I’m broke. And now I’m lost.

“Uh oh. What happened next?” Life intervened. Married. Picket fence. Day job. NYC. Shirts, ties and stress. Money. World traveler. Living the high life. Then crash. Divorced and despondent. No money. Rebuilding. In love again. Hopes and dreams reappear.

“And music?”. It’s a comeback story. While songwriting was always a constant, I began performing again after a two decade hiatus. Ah, the shivers came back! Off I go and today, I’ve got loads more songs and exciting partnerships with top writing, performance and production talent. I bought a boat and now spend time in the tropics. It’s also my floating demo studio. The dream is back and it’s real.
